Changing your appointment
We would really appreciate your consideration in giving us as much notice as possible if needing to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Due to the boutique nature of our business, last minute cancellations and reschedules can impact greatly on us. We therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation/reschedule fee as follows: cancelling or rescheduling within 12-24 hours of appointment may be charged 50% of treatment price, and cancelling or rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice may be charged the full treatment price.
